Specifically designed for pre and post workout, use 1 tablespoon per 12-14 ounces of boiling water. Brew 5 minutes. Drink hot, or let cool to room temperature and pour over ice. Also may be brewed at double strength (2 tablespoons per 8 oz boiling water) and pour over ice after 5 minutes.
