Specifically designed for pre and post workout, use 1 tablespoon per 12-14 ounces of boiling water. Brew 5 minutes. Drink hot, or let cool to room temperature and pour over ice. Also may be brewed at double strength (2 tablespoons per 8 oz boiling water) and pour over ice after 5 minutes. For optimal results, drink on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before workout and another cup right after your workout or on an empty stomach later in the afternoon. This tea contains caffeine and is designed to have an energizing effect. Best to drink in the AM and during midday. Hot & Sweaty is not advised for pregnant or nursing women.
